Process:
The logo redesign process was split into 6 steps (3 rounds of directions and edits, final review, testing, final assets/implementation). I worked independently on logo directions and mockups and reviewed these in phases with colleagues from the Experience Design team and with the Head of Design. 

Throughout the process I experimented a lot with things such as changes in case, color palette, expanding the mark, updating the line weight of the mark to fit the new bolder type, and rounding the corners of the type to make it softer and friendlier. There was especially a ton of detailed work to create the new expanded mark.

Final: After the final review phase was complete and the Experience Design team had landed on a final solution, I built out the final logo assets. The new logo has been applied across the board to the TrueLayer website, social channels, and more.
